I. To promote and popularize Drama/Theater Education so as to respond to the national educational reform.
II. To nurture our students talents for theatrical creations specifically designed for children and young adults.

III. To develop further applications of drama and theater to creations and performances based on interdisciplinary and cross-cultural approaches, conducive to the cultural and creative industries to flourish in south Taiwan.
IV. To provide researchers (local and international) with a platform for exchanging and sharing their research and practice in the drama/theater field.
V. To become a drama incubator in southern Taiwan by offering our students' ample opportunities for professional training, stage productions, and theater performances.

I. To promote drama education and application through cooperation and collaboration with the public sectors, social institutions, communities, and schools.
II. To provide cooperative education for our students and strengthen their employability.
